Barry Parker
Barry Parker started in the finance industry in 1982 in a consumer finance company and held the position of real estate lending manager for QLD & NSW. He joined the mortgage broking industry in 1991 as a mortgage broker.

In 1997, Barry identified a shift in the market towards non-bank lenders and mortgage managers and then set about securing the management program with Adelaide Bank.

Barry is the incumbent Managing Director and has overseen the growth from incorporation that has taken Nationalcorp Home Loans to prominence in Queensland and in fact the east coast of Australia.

Today Nationalcorp is one of the largest mortgage managers in the country having well in excess of 1 Billion Dollars under management.

Nationalcorp's wholesale funding is through Bendigo/Adelaide Bank, ING and Challenger Financial Services. Collectively some of the largest banks in Australia today.
